Make sure you are using an up to date version of the Citrix Workspace app and that you have installed the Zoom VDI plugin using the link provided.
If you have been logged out of the VDI selection web page, please log back in.
Click on the cog by your name in the top right corner of the Remote Access Window, then click 'Account Settings'.
Click 'Change Citrix Receiver'.
Click 'Always allow' then 'Open' on the Citrix Workspace Launcher prompt.
Important: Only click 'Download' if you have an old version of Citrix Receiver installed, or if you have not installed it previously.
If you have recently installed Citrix Workspace App, please click 'Already Installed'.
Click 'Desktops' at the top of the page to go back to your available VDIs.
If you need to use Zoom, install the Zoom VDI Plugin from the link provided under ‘Required software’ on the homepage.
