Hellios uses the Financial Services Qualification System (FSQS), utilised by many financial services providers globally, to streamline and standardise the collection of third-party supplier assurance data.

FSQS is a third-party risk management and compliance solution used across the financial sector. It enables suppliers to submit key information – such as policies certifications and controls – once and share it with multiple financial institutions.

Becoming FSQS-registered demonstrates that your organisation meets high standards in areas such as:

• Anti-bribery and Corruption
• Business Continuity
• Data Privacy
• ESG and Sustainability 
• Health & Safety 
• Information Security
• Operational Resilience
• Regulatory Compliance
• Supply Chain Management

This helps us ensure a consistent, risk-aware approach to onboarding and managing supplier relationships.

If you are invited to register:

1. You’ll receive a link from Hellios with instructions. 
2. Complete the required questionnaire and upload supporting documentation.
3. Maintain your FSQS profile to keep information up to date.

Depending on the size of your organisation and/or revenue, there may be an annual fee incurred. All fees are set by Hellios and can be reviewed on third-party supplier fees.
