• We’re driving the recruitment and progression of those from a lower socio-economic background by accessing a wider talent pool and mentorship.
• We’re capturing and tracking data to enable us to benchmark ourselves, set targets and track progress.
• We encourage our people to participate in social mobility events all around the world.
• We celebrate internal role models through our Social Mobility stories.
• We’re a signatory of the Social Mobility Commission’s Employers’ Index.
• We’re proud to be one of the Founding Partners of Progress Together, which focuses on driving socio-economic diversity at senior levels across financial services.
