Office in a Box provides our employees, both existing and new, with everything they need to work at home, and is an exciting step forward in our technology offering to support our employees in dynamic working.
What is in my Office in a Box?
The Office in a Box will include:
- A corporate laptop based on your identified workstyle;
- Your choice of monitor options;
- A headset (including client services options);
- A keyboard & mouse in your regional layout;
- A webcam;
- A backpack.

New joiner
All new joiners to Fidelity receive an Office in a Box, which contains all of the technology you need to start working from home on your first day with Fidelity.
Existing employees
All existing permanent employees will ultimately be entitled to an Office in a Box, and will be gradually invited in groups to apply for this.
